Join us every Monday for yoga at The Art House.
Guided by our experienced teacher, Dave, in our weekly yoga sessions you’ll be encouraged to take each move at your own pace, focusing on finding a sense of calm and balance in the practice.
We also offer a Thursday session and each one will bring you something a little different;
- Monday’s – 08:30 – 09:30
Start your week with Dave as he leads you through a focused session designed to help you set your intentions and wake up your mind and body
- Thursday’s – 12:30 – 13:30
Join Rachel for a chilled out session focused on restoration and relaxation to finish off the week strong, calm and prepared for the weekend
All levels welcome, including complete beginners.
To take part you’ll need to:
- Book a ticket in advance – spaces are limited so don’t delay!
- Arrive 5 minutes before the session is due to start
- Wear a face covering until you are situated on your mat for covid safety
- Bring a yoga or exercise mat if you would prefer to use your own equipment – otherwise we will provide you with mats, blocks, straps and blankets
- Wear comfy, stretchy clothing for the session (a limited number of places to change are available on site)

Or a flapjack and a herbal tea, if that’s more your thing.
