Join us for an introduction into alternative cameraless photographic processes.
On this one day workshop you will have the opportunity to work with lumen printing, chemigrams, and photograms – whilst exploring the overlaps between these methods.
You will gain an understanding into the basic and common approaches to these analogue processes, before building the confidence to experiment with the techniques.
You’ll be guided through the processes in our professional Darkroom, alongside our Darkroom Coordinator Emily Ryalls.

Who is the workshop for?
This workshop is for adults who are curious about analogue photography and in particular cameraless processes. As it is an introduction to these methods, this may be best suited to those who are beginners in cameraless techniques, or those at the start of their alternative photography journey.
Do I need to bring anything?
You may wish to bring botanicals, stencils, or glassware to work with for some of the processes, although all materials will be provided so this isn’t essential.
