Information may be collected in written forms, via www.the-arthouse.org.uk, or from connected third-party platforms such as Shopify, Eventbrite, and Zoho.

Covid-19 Test and Trace Data

We no longer collect Test and Trace data following a change of UK government guidance. Any information previously collected as part of the UK’s Track and Trace scheme has been deleted from all physical and digital records held by The Art House.


General Information Collection

www.the-arthouse.org.uk collects information through our website at several points.

We will collect the following general data from users and subscribers: name, address, postcode, email, contact telephone numbers, ticketing/purchase data, billing information, other information acquired via Cookies (see full Cookie Policy for details).

We collect this information through contact, enquiry and registration forms, and through mailing list subscription forms. The information is required to use certain features of www.the-arthouse.org.uk and is transmitted voluntarily. Any other information we request is optional.

Information Usage

The personal data information collected by www.the-arthouse.org.uk will be used primarily for monitoring and internal administration purposes. Member’s details will be stored on a secure password-protected database. Any hard copies of forms or other types of communication will be stored in a locked room. Only those who have subscribed to The Art House mailing list will receive marketing communications from us. We will never share your personal details with other organisations, with the exception of third parties to whom we are required, by law, to share information. We will not supplement information collected on our website with data from external sources.

We will carry links to external websites, including third-party payment gateways. When you click on links to other websites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

Access to Information

You are entitled to access the data we have on you under current Data Protection guidelines. You can also report inaccuracies, ask us to stop contacting you with certain types of information and request to have your data deleted from our database.
