It’s been a long time coming but we can finally say that our NEW ceramic studio is now open! Our ceramic studio is an open space for beginners, makers and those wanting to learn a little bit more. Our facilities include Potters wheels, including an accessible brent potters wheel, a front-loading kiln, glazing station, clay store and well-equipped materials for processes including extrusion, slab building and hand building. With a large worktable, you have the room to explore a range of processes.
Ceramic Studio Coordinator and Technician Hannah Way is a practising professional ceramist in her own right and is on hand to ensure a supported, friendly and enjoyable environment for all of our users – whether you’re a total beginner or an experienced artist.
