We are delighted to be working in collaboration with Take it Easy to bring you the opportunity to learn the wonderful craft of Black and White Darkroom printing!
On this one day workshop you will be shown the fundamentals of printing photographs and the opportunity to hone your printing skills with master printer Daniel Wheeler from Take It Easy Lab.
Learn about dodging, burning and other methods of managing print tonality and learn to create beautiful prints from your negatives.
You will require developed negatives for the session. These can range from 35mm to 120/medium format. Some paper will be provided but feel free to bring your own.
This class is limited to a small group of 5 participants. Suitable for beginners and intermediate printers.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Workshop and course bookings can be cancelled and refunded (less a 10% administration fee) up until 7 days before the scheduled start date. Our workshops support the work we do as a charity, and because materials and equipment are ordered in advance, we regret that refunds cannot be offered less than 7 days before the workshop date.
Bookings cannot be transferred between courses however bookings can be transferred to another person in the event that you are unable to attend on the day. In the event that The Art House needs to cancel a workshop for any reason, for example due to tutor illness, your ticket will be refunded in full.
