Rhubarb Festival – A Celebration of Food, Art, and Family Fun at The Art House

Drop in at The Art House on from Tuesday 17 – Sunday 22 February for free activities for all ages all inspired by rhubarb!!

Our Tiled Gallery has been transformed into a cosy Rhubarb Lounge where visitors can grab a rhubarb inspired seasonal drink and tasty selection of rhubarb treats and delights.

Immersive yourself in our new Rhubarb Lounge – an immersive space to sit in and enjoy your treats and a place learn and celebrate Wakefield’s most famous vegetable. Sink into a plush armchair in our pink and green lounge and enjoy treats from our Coffee House.

Throughout the week, families can take part in host of free rhubarb-themed drop-in family activities inspired by the magic of Rhubarb! Our talented Maker Space artists will guide people through these weekend creative activities, ensuring everyone, regardless of ability, can join in the fun. (Booking not required. Suggested ages 7+, children must be accompanied by an adult).
