Seaglass Collective: Our Turn

11 January 2025 - 08 February 2025

The Art House and Seaglass Collective, a charity dedicated to supporting adopted families, presents Our Turn, an inspiring exhibition celebrating the creative achievements of adopted children, young people and their care givers across Yorkshire.

Working with professional artists trained in adoption awareness, those in the Seaglass community engaged in creative workshops including sculpture, puppetry, and silversmithing. The works on display showcase the transformative power of art when experienced in a safe, supportive, and understanding environment, allowing creativity to flourish and confidence to grow.

The exhibition highlights the extraordinary potential unlocked when barriers to participation are removed, offering a joyful testament to the resilience and imagination of young artists.
