Join us for an introduction into alternative cameraless photographic processes.

On this workshop you will have the opportunity to work with lumen printing, chemigrams, and photograms – whilst exploring the overlaps and spaces in between these methods.You will gain and understanding into the basic and common approaches to these processes, before building the confidence to disrupt this and experiement with new innovations.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is suited to anyone curious about analogue photography and in particular cameraless processes. As it is an introduction to these methods, this may be best suited to those who are beginners in cameraless techniques, or those at the start of their alternative photography journey.

Do I need to bring anything?

You may wish to bring botanicals, stencils, or glassware to work with for some of the processes, although all materials will be provided so this isn’t essential.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Workshop and course bookings can be cancelled and refunded (less a 10% administration fee) up until 7 days before the scheduled start date. Our workshops support the work we do as a charity, and because materials and equipment are ordered in advance, we regret that refunds cannot be offered less than 7 days before the workshop date.

Bookings cannot be transferred between courses however bookings can be transferred to another person in the event that you are unable to attend on the day. In the event that The Art House needs to cancel a workshop for any reason, for example due to tutor illness, your ticket will be refunded in full.
