About me

After studying Textile Design at Chelsea College of Arts in London and a couple of years in Brighton, I moved back home to Yorkshire in 2022 and I was really excited to get involved in the creative world of Wakefield.

When I am not at The Art House, I have my own creative practice, working in my studio near my home in Holmfirth. I design and create fun, functional art objects such as frosted glass mirrors. I love to explore different processes, whether that be ceramics, glassware or textiles.

Why the TAH?

I love everything about The Art House and what it stands for, we have a fantastic programme of exhibitions and workshops and a print studio, ceramic studio and darkroom. We are recognised as a Studio and Gallery of Sanctuary and we are also home to an amazing group of creatives in our studio spaces. It’s a world of creativity here when you come through the doors. There really is something for everyone!
