This is a reoccurring event, every Tuesday at The Art House between 11:00–13:00.
Since 2017 The Art House have been a Studio of Sanctuary, using art, culture and creative processes to bring all people together including asylum seekers and refugees with the wider Wakefield population. Working creatively and learning about each other we offer friendship, and integration for all individuals.
Every Tuesday between 11:00–13:00 you are invited everyone to join a free, relaxed, drop-in workshop to learn and share new and traditional needlepoint crafts. Try your hand at knitting, crochet, embroidery and general sewing in our inclusive and friendly sessions.
Beginners and people curious about skill sharing are all welcome.
