Maternal Journal uses creative techniques to explore the huge changes, joys and challenges we go through in pregnancy, birth and parenthood.
Sessions are currently running during term-time, they are for anyone who identifies as a mother and has recently given birth or has a pre-school child, as well as those currently pregnant, and believes the sessions will be of benefit to them.
No previous experience is required, and activities include a range of techniques.
